Arizona roofs face extreme heat. That's why we offer three levels of underlayment protection, so you can choose the system that fits your home and budget. Add a thermal sheet to the Westlake Ply 40 and TU43 underlayment to reduce attic temperatures by up to 31 degrees.
Westlake Ply 40
A solid, cost-effective choice for a standard tile system. Reliable protection at the lowest price point. The right call when budget is the primary driver.
TU43 Underlayment
A more durable membrane with a longer service life. Most homeowners land here once they see the price difference against Ply 40 in context.
Westlake TileSeal HT
Self-adhered high-performance system. The membrane bonds to the deck and seals around fasteners. If you plan to be in the house long term, this is the system that will not need to be revisited.
