Kellum Roofing LLC is a locally owned roofing company based in Glendale, Arizona. We are not a national franchise and we are not an out-of-state operation that follows storms across the country. Jeremy Kellum lives in the Valley, the crews live in the Valley, and the roofs we build are the ones we drive past.
Our tagline is Above and Beyond Roofing Services, and internally we use an older word for it, couth. It means manners. It means the crew is professional on your property, the site gets cleaned up daily and not just at the end, and the person walking your roof treats it like it belongs to somebody.
It also means the work itself is detailed. Clean valley cuts. Ridge tile that lines up. Fascia painted properly instead of sprayed over. A roof is a large part of how a house looks from the street, and we would like your neighbors to ask who did it.
Why Jeremy Started This Company
Jeremy Kellum spent close to ten years working in Arizona roofing before founding Kellum Roofing. In that time he saw how the industry often actually operates behind the estimate. High-pressure closes at the kitchen table. Vague scopes of work that let a crew cut corners on the parts nobody inspects.
Kellum Roofing was founded to be the antithesis of that standard. Jeremy built this company on a singular, unwavering principle: do the right thing, especially when no one is looking.
That means showing up when we said we would, in a clean truck, and explaining a roof honestly enough that you could go get a second opinion and it would match ours.

Written Estimate at Three Price Points
You receive a written estimate with options at three underlayment tiers, each priced separately with the manufacturer warranty stated clearly. No lump sums. No pressure.
Scheduled Execution
Once you approve, we pull permits where required and schedule a continuous run. We do not start your roof and disappear to start three more. Most residential replacements take about five days.
Final Walkthrough & Warranty
We do a full magnetic sweep, walk the property with you, and collect final payment only after you are satisfied. Your manufacturer warranty is activated the same day.
